Let’s be honest, nothing says “home for the holidays” quite like a gloriously glittering, snow-frosted tree standing tall and proud in the corner of your lobby.

At Fair Oaks, we take festive cheer seriously (but not too seriously, the disco ball ornaments make sure of that). Our lobby tree this year is a total showstopper, elegantly dusted in faux snow, dripping with gold, teal, and shimmer, and crowned with a star.

Sure, it’s not Rockefeller Plaza, but when you're coming home from the snow-covered Capital City Trail or a cozy afternoon at nearby Garver Feed Mill, that twinkle of lights in the lobby is a welcome little reminder that you’re somewhere special.

Between neighborhood strolls past porchlight snowflakes, pop-ups at local shops, and seasonal bites at cafes just blocks away, it’s easy to feel festive without even starting your car.
